Is it a video tour or a virtual open house?
Well, it’s both! The idea behind bringing the video tours to our buyers is to make them feel as if they were experiencing their own private open house. Virtual tours and slide shows just can’t do it, no matter how nice they are. If you can watch a virtual tour for more than 30 seconds and your head doesn’t spin after that 360 degree view – you’re a trooper. Yes, you may come across a nice slideshow once in a while, but you quickly realize you’re looking at the same pictures you just saw on the listing profile page.
Video is different. Video is life, video is feeling. Video tours are meant to express the character of the home and outline features to the potential buyers. Providing such tours is simply our service to all sellers who end up listing their homes with The HOME Team. We have great comments from both buyers and sellers on our marketing plan that involves video tours. Does this help us sell homes faster? Absolutely!
Here’re a few home video tours of the several recent listings. These videos are strategically placed on MLS, Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow and other sites including our branded blog, Twitter and Facebook fan page.
